Our dedicated team has recently completed a comprehensive redesign of the Nursecall interface system for a valued customer. This project successfully transformed a previously complex setup into a streamlined and user-friendly layout. Each ward now features its own clearly labelled interface box, greatly facilitating future maintenance and fault identification. Notably, the entire project was executed while the system remained operational to ensure uninterrupted emergency call coverage. This was made possible by the innovative temporary radio-linked relay system from One Call Systems. This initiative stands as a prime example of effective teamwork and adept problem-solving.
